Meet our board

Michael Nettlefold, Managing Director

Michael has been engaged across a broad spectrum of Out of Home Advertising (OOH) activities over the last forty years.

Michael’s extensive OOH experience includes:

Asia Pacific Sales and Development Director of MetroMedia Technologies (MMT), a USA based digital computer paint technology company that revolutionised the global OOH sector in the late 1980’s
Established the original Bridge Advertising sign network on the Tullamarine Freeway in Melbourne, Australia
Created a number of major OOH companies in South East Asia, including Big Tree Advertising and Humpuss Outdoor
Founder of Eye Corp, one of Australasia’s leading outdoor advertising companies with signage spanning airports, shopping centres, railway and road systems

During his years at EYE Corp Media, key achievements were:

Established Airport OOH Advertising in Australia— through the acquisition of Airport Advertising Australia.
Acquired the advertising rights to PTC (Public Transport Corporation)
Acquisition of Claude Neon’s iconic landmark advertising displays located in all major Australian capital cities
Introduced and created Retail OOH Advertising in Australia and New Zealand through the creation of Mall Media (Eye Shop).

Board of Directors

Wayne Kent, Non-executive Chairman

Wayne’s career spans Law, Investment Banking and Private Equity, including expertise in the Australian and International markets. He co-founded Macquarie’s Equity Capital Markets business and has held senior executive roles at Macquarie and Credit Suisse.

Andrew Baxter, Non-executive director

Andrew is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the University of Sydney and regular columnist on marketing for The Australian. He was the CEO of two of the country’s largest communications agencies, Publicis and Ogilvy, where he was counsel to many of Australia’s most iconic brands, as well as State and Federal Governments.

Simon Peeke, Finance / Commercial Director

Brining a breadth of experience, Simon is the Director & Founder of IWII Pty Ltd, a specialist consulting and strategic investment company. Prior to this, Simon was the CEO of MetroMedia Technologies (MMT) in the Asia Pacific region.
